The work "錦鯉" (Koi) takes a couple's honeymoon as its starting point, exploring the relationships between photographs and memory, as well as between husband and wife. Following the trip, the couple rewrote their memories of the photographs taken during their journey. Through the interlacing of textual narration, voiceovers, and images, the work highlights the conflict between their respective memories of the same photos. The artist posits that photographs induce the formation of certain memories, reconstructing the landscape of the journey and further impacting the couple's relationship, while the original journey itself fades away because of the photographs.
